We source products without publishing our supplier network.

Supplier lists, addresses, contacts, and commercial relationships are private Jiate operational data. Customers submit the requirement; Jiate handles sourcing, verification, comparison, and coordination.

The sourcing network remains confidential

Supplier identities and addresses are used only by authorized staff to process transactions, not as a public directory.

    Submit the requirement

    Provide the item, SKU when available, specification, quantity, target date, and RFQ attachment.

  2. 02

    Specification review

    Jiate checks that the scope and technical information are sufficient for sourcing.

  3. 03

    Confidential sourcing

    Our team selects relevant sources from a curated procurement network while protecting every party’s confidentiality.

  4. 04

    Verification & comparison

    Availability, compliance, documents, price, and lead time are reviewed.

  5. 05

    Quotation

    Viable options are summarized in a Jiate quotation for customer approval.

  6. 06

    Procurement & delivery

    PO, receipt, payment, delivery, and transaction documents are coordinated to completion.
